Norma USA is committed to providing its employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including a discount on our premium products. This policy outlines the procedures for employees to access this discount, which will be applied exclusively for in-person pick-up at our location: 137 Prosperity Drive STE 100, Garden City, GA 31408. 

Eligibility Criteria:

All full-time, part-time, and temporary employees of Norma USA are eligible for the discount. 

Discount Amount and Terms:

Employees can enjoy a discount of up to 35% off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on all Norma USA products, excluding sale items. The discount will be applied exclusively for in-person pick-up at our location: PLEASE USE 137 Prosperity Drive STE 100, Garden City, GA 31408 as the “ship to” address. ALLOW 48 HOURS from time of purchase to order pick up. Certain restrictions may apply, specifying the frequency or amount of discounts that can be utilized within a specified time frame.

Exclusions and Limitations:

The discount is not applicable to the following items:

• Gift cards
• Pre-paid cards

Upon approval, employees will receive a unique login to their Norma USA account, where the discount will be applicable for in-person pick-up only at our location: 137 Prosperity Drive STE 100, Garden City, GA 31408.

Employee Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of employees to utilize the discount in accordance with this policy and any relevant laws or regulations. Misuse of the discount may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment. The employee should allow 48 hours from time of purchase to pick up their order.
