Terms and Conditions
All users of this site agree that all use and access to this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use this website.
Federal law states you must be 21 years of age or older to buy ammunition. All ammunition is shipped via FedEx and UPS ground services and requires an adult signature. Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) restrictions, we cannot accept returns. By completing a purchase you acknowledge you are following all local and applicable laws regarding the purchase and possession of ammunition.
We are prohibited from shipping ammunition to P.O. boxes.
Because new laws are passed and we may not immediately learn of them, we advise that you know and understand your local laws to ensure it is legal for ammo to be shipped to your address.
All customers from CA, CT, IL, NJ, and NY must have proper firearms identification and provide documentation via email to sales@normausa.com before their ammunition order can be shipped. Click here to see a list of acceptable documents. If documents are not attached, we will cancel the order within 24 hours of receipt.
Due to state law restrictions, ammo cannot be shipped to the following states/districts: AK, HI, MA, and Washington, D.C.
DISCLAIMER: By registering with us, you confirm that you are of appropriate age to purchase ammunition and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, receiving or owning ammunition.
All customers must agree to normausa.com statements and terms of sale before an order is placed. All orders are subject to review and approval by normausa.com
normausa.com does not share customer data with other entities.
Affirmations:
- I agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, Limitations of Liability, Waiver and Warnings on normausa.com
- I am twenty-one (21) years old or older.
- I am purchasing the ammunition for my personal use not for use by anyone else.
- By selling or delivering ammunition to me, normausa.com is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
- I have never been, nor am I expected to be, discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I am currently not subject to any restraining order.
- I have never been, nor am I expected to be convicted, in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence.
- I Agree to Indemnify and Defend for misrepresentation.
In the event that any of the above statements are determined to be untrue, I agree to indemnify and defend normausa.comand its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend
normausa.com is a retailer of products that are designed, manufactured, and tested by other companies.
By placing an order with normausa.com, I explicitly agree to release normausa.com from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include, but not limited to, the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product. I also acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product is used by myself and any other party. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against normausa.com, I will indemnify and pay to defend normausa.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Law and Jurisdiction
In the event that I choose to file a complaint against normausa.com or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within the courts of Chatham County, Georgia. I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately terminated and moved to a court within Chatham County, Georgia. I agree to reimburse Normadealer.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its change of venue until such time that the complaint is properly filed in a court located within Chatham County, Georgia. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all aspects of my purchases from normausa.com or use and possession of Norma products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
SHIPPING, WARRANTY, RETURNS, and CANCELLATIONS REWRITE (found by clicking the ‘Click Here’ in the Fifth Paragraph)
Restrictions
I understand that normausa.com does not ship outside the continental United States.
The following State restrictions apply:
Alaska: Due to shipping restrictions, normausa.com does not ship to the state of Alaska.
California: All orders must ship to an FFL. Please email a copy of the FFL to sales@normausa.com BEFORE ordering.
Connecticut: Due to local regulations, normausa.com can only ship ammunition to residents of Connecticut if they provide ONE of the following valid documents:
- A permit to carry a pistol or revolver
(2) A permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver
(3) An eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver
(4) A long gun eligibility certificate
(5) An ammunition certificate and motor vehicle operator’s license, passport or other valid form of identification issued by the federal government or a state or municipal government that contains such person’s date of birth and photograph
(6) Law Enforcement ID (Local, State, Federal)
(7) Military ID

Massachusetts: Due to local regulations, normausa.com does not ship to Massachusetts.
New Jersey: Buyers of handgun or hollowpoint ammunition need to provide ONE of the following:
- NJ firearm purchaser ID
(2) Handgun purchase permit
(3) Handgun carry permit
(4) Law Enforcement ID (Local, State, Federal)
(5) Military ID

New York: All orders must ship to an FFL. Please upload a copy of the valid FFL during checkout or email to sales@normausa.com BEFORE ordering.
Washington DC: Due to local regulations, normausa.com does not ship to Washington D.C.
I understand that if I attempt to have restricted product shipped to these areas, my order will be cancelled.
Note: Please use this page as a reference. State laws change frequently and you as the customer are responsible for knowing your state laws, not normausa.com. Please contact your local law enforcement agency or attorney’s office if you have any questions or doubts as to whether you are permitted to purchase ammunition. LIMITED WARRANTY
Norma warrants its ammunition to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser with proof of purchase. This limited warranty supersedes any and all other warranties for the ammunition. During the warranty period, we will (at our sole option) replace or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by this limited warranty when it is returned by the original owner with proof of purchase and an assigned Return Goods Authorization number from the factory.
If you have a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Department at (912) 800-9332. Each warranty return must receive pre-authorization and a return of materials authorization number.
This warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered due to misuse, abuse, modification, alteration, adjustments, water damage, neglect, reloading, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use or any warnings.
The liability of Norma under this warranty shall be limited solely in the event of a valid warranty claim to the obligation to replace or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by this warranty. Norma alone shall determine whether the claimed damage or defect is covered by this limited warranty and the remedy for a valid limited warranty claim. All such determinations by Norma are final and binding.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORMA HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT FOR SUCH A DISCLAIMER, ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW SHALL IN NO EVENT EXTEND BEYOND DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations of implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
SHIPPING
normausa.com offers the option of FedEx shipping carriers. All ammunition is required to ship via ground transit and is expected to arrive in 3 to 7 business days after your tracking number has been received.
RETURNS
Normausa.com will not accept returns on ammunition outside of our Warranty details or in the chance of a misshipment.
Returns for non-ammunition items are accepted, less a 25% restocking fee, if the product is in original, new condition with proof of purchase. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping charges. In order to initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at 912-800-9332.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that if I cancel an order for any reason, I will be subject to pay a 15% cancellation fee. I understand that if said order has been processed for shipment (tracking number assigned to the order), I will be subject to pay an additional $25 fee. Once an order has shipped, normausa.com can no longer process a cancellation.
